If an item you have requested or ordered is temporarily out-of-stock or has a turnaround time, your whole order will be sent out altogether once this item arrives to Haven Interiors & Lifestyle.
For FREE local pick-up: Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will email or SMS you to organise a time for pick-up in Mount Barker, please enter the correct details at the checkout. Please let me know if you would prefer me to leave in my letterbox or at the front door to avoid social contact during COVID-19 isolation.
For FREE local delivery: Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will email or SMS you to organise a time of delivery, please enter the correct details including your phone number at the checkout. The local areas that are included: Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Nairne, Hahndorf and Echunga in the Adelaide Hills, SA. This service is usually for orders of $50+ but I am happy to provide this for FREE while COVID-19 is still a threat.
At the checkout, please select the correct postage fee for your order, depending on the total (after discount). Express Postage - flat rate of $11 Australia wide. If your order is over $100, you are entitled to free regular postage, if you wish it to be express, then choose this option at the checkout.
Signature on Delivery (SOD) - CURRENTLY WITH THE NEW COVID19 RULES WITH AUSTRALIA POST, THE POSTMAN WILL SIGN FOR YOU WITH YOU PRESENT, PLEASE HAVE ID READY.

Provides delivery confirmation with capture of signature at time of delivery. Add this product to your cart for your package for this action to happen on delivery. You must add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $500. You can find this option to add to your order under the category ‘Postage Extras’ in the drop-down menu.
Extra Cover - For extra peace of mind with your order, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being couriered by Australia Post. You can buy Extra Cover in increments of $2 per $100, of your item’s specified value, up to a value of $5,000. You can find this option to add to your order under the category ‘Postage Extras’ in the drop-down menu.
PRE-ORDERS - If your order includes a ‘pre-order’, the entire order including this item(s) will be posted together when the pre-order arrives. Items that are in stock will not be sent before the pre-order item(s). If you wish for the other items to be sent first, please contact Lauren to organise a postage fee.
If package is returned to Haven Interiors & Lifestyle for the reason of incorrect address therefore unable to deliver, it is up to the customer to pay the postage fee for the package to be re-sent.
