**THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND**
If you believe your order is faulty in any way, please contact Lauren via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to help you out with any faulty items, but please be aware that most of the Haven Interiors & Lifestyle collection is handmade with love, so there may be slight differences from product to product. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Haven Interiors & Lifestyle is happy to consider an exchange of products if one of your products in your order is faulty.
Photo evidence of the possible faulty item will be required for Haven Interiors & Lifestyle to determine the solution.
Returned items must be sent back in its packaging, tags still attached and unwashed.
If your order fails to be delivered as per the tracking information, please Lauren via email at email@example.com and I will help you as much as I can to retrieve your order. Once a complaint is lodged with Australia Post, there will be a 2 week waiting time while we wait for a resolution.
Personalised or custom orders are non-refundable.
