  1. The terms 'I', 'us', 'our' and 'we' all mean 'Haven Interiors and Lifestyle'. The term 'you' refers to the customer/client.

  2. Before completing your sale, you must read our privacy policies, terms and conditions, shipping and return policies. By completing the sale, confirms you agree to these rules and regulations.

  3. Prices of products and services are subject to change without any notice by Haven Interiors and Lifestyle.

  4. Sale items are non-refundable.

  5. Our product's images are the best we can supply, and we cannot control various computer's colour settings, so we are not responsible for any change of mind returns if you don't like the colour.

  6. We have the right to discount and/or discontinue a product at any time.

  7. When sharing our products on social media, if you tag 'Haven Interiors and Lifestyle' this gives us permission to repost your photo on our social media pages.

  8. Please make sure you read all information about the products you are purchasing, including selecting the correct colour, size or style. Haven Interiors will not be held responsible for wrong selections.

  9. Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will not be liable to held responsible for any deadlines that are not met. Please inform via email if you need a product made by a certain date, but please be aware of the 'turnaround times' stated in each product description. These are accurate timeframes in which your product will be made and posted to you. Haven Interiors and Lifestyle and the supplier will endeavour to meet these approximate times.

  10. Stationary orders include the following FLAT paper products: prints, milestone cards, announcement cards, baby shower games, baby and pregnancy books/journals, and ABC books. The $5 postage charge is for stationary orders under $50 only, with tracking.

  11. Please ensure your postage address details are correct, Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any unclaimed or damaged packages once they have left our premises.

  12. If you choose the incorrect postage cost, Haven Interiors & Lifestyle have the right to hold the sale until the correct amount has been paid. A refund can be organised if failure to accept extra postage cost.

  13. We will always contact you first for your consent if we would like to use your images of our products you purchased, for marketing on our website and social media. Please inform us if you do not want your images shared.

Interior Decorating:

  8. Please make sure you read all information about the products you are purchasing in your Schedule, including the correct colour, size or style. Haven Interiors will not be held responsible for wrong selections.

  9. Please ensure your postage address details are correct, Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any unclaimed or damaged packages, or contractors arriving to the job late.

  10. It is the client's responsibility to notify Haven Interiors and Lifestyle of any deadlines prior to project commencement. Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will not be liable to held responsible for any deadlines that are not met, or costs gained as a result, due to situations beyond Haven Interiors and Lifestyle's control. For example, illness, injury, contractor turnaround times, client delay.

  11. Please ensure the appropriate safety gear is worn around construction areas of your project.

  12. Your personal details will be stored professionally and privately, as per the privacy policy procedures.
