Apologies to the overseas customers but we only ship within Australia at this stage.
Before completing your sale, you must read our privacy policies, terms and conditions, shipping and return policies. By completing the sale, confirms you agree to these rules and regulations.
All orders are posted and delivered by Australia Post. Please check with their estimated shipping times.
Your order will be prepared to be posted as soon as payment is complete, and we will endeavour to get it in the post for you as soon as possible. Weekend orders will be posted Monday once funds have cleared. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live within Australia.
Postage costs are as follows:
*Paper Products Only - Orders under $50 - Flat rate of $5 postage within Australia (no tracking)
Orders of $59.99 & under - Flat rate of $8 postage within Australia (tracking included)
Orders of $60 & over - Flat rate of $12 postage within Australia (tracking included)
Orders $150 & over - FREE POSTAGE within Australia
Express Postage - Add $5 to your shipping cost for orders under $150, orders of $150 or more is $10 (tracking included)

*Stationary orders (paper products only) include the following products: prints, milestone cards, announcement cards, baby shower games, baby and pregnancy books/journals, and ABC books. If your require tracking, please select the $8 or $12 postage fee, depending on the amount of your order.
This $5 postage fee does not apply to small items such as: BIBS dummies, dummy clips, milky pads (breast pads), bibs, teething toys, necklaces, pegdolls, headbands/clips, rattles, brush & comb set, wands, soft toys, booties, topknots, beanies, wraps, hats, pram accessories, eyelash decals and cushion covers. These products are not as slim as books, milestone cards etc, therefore are more expensive to post. Please select the $8 or $12 postage fee, depending on the amount of your order.
At the checkout, please select the correct postage fee for your order, depending on the total (after discount). If you choose the incorrect postage cost, Haven Interiors & Lifestyle have the right to hold the sale until the correct amount has been paid. A refund can be organised if failure to accept extra postage cost. Please ensure contact details and postal address information is spelt correctly.
For local pick-up, Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will email or SMS you to organise a time, so please enter the correct details at the checkout.
Express Postage - If you need your order to arrive faster than regular post, then choose 'Express Postage' from the drop down menu, and add this to your order/cart. You will already be paying regular post at the checkout, this ensures you receive your goods with express postage.
The price for express postage depends on the amount of your order. For orders under $150 then you would pay the $5 express. For orders of $150 or more does entitle you to free regular postage but if you still need it express, you need to choose the correct fee, therefore for orders of $150 or more is $10 for express postage within Australia.
Please ensure your postage address details are correct, Haven Interiors and Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any unclaimed or damaged packages once dispatched from our premises or of our suppliers.
For activity playmats, the supplier states "By choosing Standard Postage at checkout, you are giving us 'authority to leave' your parcel. This means the parcel does not require a signature and is able to be left at the owner's expense."

Returns & Exchanges
**THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND**
If you believe your order is faulty in any way, please contact Lauren via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to help you out with any faulty items, but please be aware that most of the Haven Interiors & Lifestyle collection is handmade with love, so there may be slight differences from product to product. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Haven Interiors & Lifestyle is happy to consider an exchange of products if one of your products in your order is faulty. Customer is to pay for postage for this exchange.
Photo evidence of the possible faulty item will be required for Haven Interiors & Lifestyle to determine the solution.
Customer is responsible for paying postage on returning a faulty item.
Returned items must be sent back in its packaging, tags still attached and unwashed.
Personalised or custom orders are non-refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
