Organic Millet Flour is one of our signature ingredients we use across our range due to its reputed lactogenic (milk-boosting) properties making it a food that's been used by mothers for centuries. Millet is also made from seeds (so is gluten free) and high in fiber and protein and rich in B vitamins, (especially niacin, B6 and folic acid), phosphorus, manganese (a trace mineral that acts as an antioxidant).

Organic Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as both a cooking spice and medicinal herb and for good reasons. It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help aid the body's healing processes (especially important after childbirth) and is also reputed to help increase brain function, lower risks of cardiovascular conditions and other inflammatory conditions like arthritis too. As little as a pinch of black pepper in combination with turmeric can increase the body's ability to properly absorb the benefits from turmeric by as much as 2,000%!

Size: 200gm

Ingredients: Organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic coconut powder, organic coconut sugar, organic cinnamon, organic millet, organic black pepper.

Directions: Add 1 tsp of dry mix to 500ml of preferred milk (we love half coconut, half almond).
Warm on the stove.
Serve warm or alternatively chill in the fridge and enjoy as a delicious iced golden mylkshake!
We find the small amount of coconut sugar in our blend gives it just enough sweetness to make it enjoyable, however you can sweetener further to taste by adding a dash of honey.
